D.A.R.E to respect your kid as a human?

Be it in the environment, or from the doctor, drugs are always going to be there.  Blaming the government for not doing enough to protect us from ourselves is not going to protect our kids from drugs; sometimes market forces are stronger than militaries. Telling kids to stay away from drugs is a near impossible proposition, especially as the definition of ‘drug’ changes through space and time. However, showing kids their self-worth, teaching them personal responsibility, and balance, is possible, and will yield similar results.
